Unscheduled Service I was traveling from Virginia to Wisconsin when the air conditioning failed in our Ford Explorer. I contacted the Service Department late in the day. I was traveling from Virginia to Wisconsin when the air conditioning failed in our Ford Explorer. I contacted the Service Department late in the day. Service Consultant Joe Lambert told me their schedule was full for the rest of the day but he could work me in the next day at 1000. I brought the vehicle in the next day and Joe got me right in to diagnose the problem. Once the problem was found he provided me with an estimate for repairs. I approved the estimate and Techician Kyle completed the repairs. Joe was professional and friendly. I was on my way to Wisconsin within a few hours and very satisfied with the service I received. More
