Bob's manner and decorum in working with my mother (79) was absolutely wonderful. His focus was on her and her needs. He was able to get my mother to drive the vehicle although she was still nervous from her recent accident which had "totalled" her own car (not her fault). After we were done and had returned to his desk, he asked what we wanted next. We also had two Ford Fusions we wanted to look at from our internet research. No problem. My mother ended up buying a Ford Fusion. The entire experience at Bob Rohrman Schaumburg Ford was comfortably and professionally handled all the way through the finance manager's office including helping us work with our insurance company pay out.
