Had a recall and a warranty claim on the same day. Had to go to the dealership twice just to get the warranty claim in the system. Mostly positive sales experience - sales rep wasn't pushy and moved us through fairly quickly. They weren't the most knowledge about cars though which surprised me. Unfortunately, the experience was tarnished when the car got done early and service called at 4pm and insisted I return the rental that day. When I tried to call them to get more information, I had to call 10 times over 30 minutes before I got to talk to a person. More
