I purchased a used car and the process was horrible. The online ad listed features the car did not have and the online negotiations were a joke. I thought I had an appointment, but I got turned over to another salesperson, John, who added $3000 to the advertised price, then gave me a $3200 discount, so I call that a $200 discount. Then he added a bogus charge of $399 for etching and another bogus charge of $1099 for Xzilon. But he eventually raised the value of my trade-in enough to cover those charges and I thought we had a deal. He then added $1570 for taxes, which turned out to be fraudulent. Then he turned me over to Victor, who changed the taxes to $1057.46, which was $512.99 less, but he raised the price of the car $512.99 ($13.99 for the car plus an added bogus charge of $499 for "windshield insurance"). They charged me for new license and registration, but actually just switched my old plates. Victor had us sign the papers electronically and gave us a thumb drive which turned out not to have the purchase agreement on it. With the help of the Better Business Bureau, I eventually got the Purchase Agreement and discovered the windshield scam. Victor sent me the worksheet where I had agreed to the bogus tax amount and said he had just moved some figures around, and they did not match the original figures because it would have been too hard to understand. When I tried to call to discuss the problems, their answering machines were full, or they promised to look into it but never got back to me. So our discussions all went through the BBB. The dealer eventually sent me a check for the overcharge on license plates and said I could cancel the windshield insurance and they sent me most of the $499 charges. This was all very complicated and hard to figure out until we actually got our hands on the paperwork, thanks to the BBB. I also filed disputed charges with my credit card company, and sent a complaint to the Illinois Attorney General. More
While I do feel that the Lyft option of getting back to the dealership is a nice enhancement, it is woefully cumbersome and time consuming to check in. Dreadfully slow. Pretty basic stuff Rohrman Ford - gotta pick up your game. Also, no one was wearing masks, yet there is a sign saying ALL must wear them. More
I had to repeat myself to many times to get what it was needed to be done in my car. A part that was supposed to be ordered during the service was not order and I gave to do it my self. The information desk was clueless about the original appointment scheduled so, I had to reschedule a new one. The records of my car was nowhere to be found because the front desk doesn’t know the service department and the service department said that the front desk should have done the update. Overall experience was frustrating and confusing. More
Had a service scheduled was not pleased with start to finish, fluids where not filled , tires not rotated. Have appointment set at different Ford dealership to inspect if the Works oil change was done, 2 filters replaced and recall done. My trust for your ford dealership is gone and will do business at a different location More

It was your service that made all the difference- the fact that you allowed us to "test drive" the vehicle all the way to Niles so my son-in-law could see if he could fit and that you honestly didn't mind that we had you pull the car up next to the Subaru so we could compare- you never badmouthed the Subaru and you understood the 3 kid concerns my daughter had. That's how automobile salesmen should be. I've had so many bait and switch, high pressure, out right lying auto salesmen in the past that this experience was not only surprising and refreshing but very much appreciated! More
