This my third vehicle purchased at this location.Due to This my third vehicle purchased at this location. Due to chip shortage. Took 5 months for my custom order of 2021 Escape to arrive. Never was given the order # or Vin for tracking. But so happy when it arrived. When it came in Rohrman managers made me re negotiate the price. Off putting since I did that and after agreed out $5,000.00 deposit back in April. Almost got deposit back and walked out. Crystal did great job getting them to hold the price.
