Ask Dennis and Evans about the worse service/ experience they provided. I have a brown F150, there for an issue with the rear camera, they “replaced” the camera after they performed an analysis and told me to pick it up, after having it there for a weekend, cause it was ready, took off early from work and to find out, that the issue was the screen and needed to leave the truck for a couple more days because they needed to order the part. I requested for a rental since day one because I have 2 jobs and a 3yrs old that I drive back and forth to daycare, when I went to pick up my truck I found out it wasn’t ready so I requested for the rental again, so I got a ride to enterprise when I got to enterprise the sales person was surprised and advised that he didn’t have any available cars for me, he called Evans to informed him, I got a ride back to dealership and they also advised that they didn’t have any loaners available either… and so much more to the history, with all this driving back and forth I had a car seat with me, and the cherry on top? I’m getting charged for the extra days I had the loaner
