My service rep was great - took care of everything in one visit, very pleasant and professional. The fix on my glove compartment didn’t fully “take” and my rental car sat at Ford for three days after I dropp visit, very pleasant and professional. Came in for an oil change and new wiper blades. The tech ended up breaking my windshield while changing the blades. I had to leave my car over night, was told my car would be ready in the morning.
