The service advisor was very helpful to me. I hit a curb and was very concerned about internal damage to my car. My car was shaking when I was driving it and it did not sound right. It seemed like something might have been wrong with my car even before the accident so I was concerned. The technicians were very thorough and found the damage. They worked with my insurance company to make sure that the damage directly related to the accident was covered by my insurance. They also found some other serious problems with my car that could have resulted in extremely expensive repairs if they did not diagnose the problems when they did. I received a good price for all the work that was done on my car. My car is now running very well. I am extremely happy with the service that I received. More

This dealer was great until they got our money! We bought new Ford Expedition Max on 2/3/21. Victor Aguilar, Finance Manager, promised to contact the warranty company to transfer the extended warran bought new Ford Expedition Max on 2/3/21. Victor Aguilar, Finance Manager, promised to contact the warranty company to transfer the extended warranty from our trade in, a 2018 Ford Expedition,to the new policy, or help us get a refund. This was thousands of dollars. He said he made a phone call while we were in his office to see if this could be done. He said he would call us the next day, Feb 4. 2/5 - He never called us on Feb 4, so we called him. 5. He was unavailable so we left a VM. 2/6 - We called Victor and spoke with him. He said that he expected to hear something on Monday, Feb 8. He said he would call us on that day, but he did not. 2/11 – We called twice. He was unavailable so we left a VM. 2/12 – We called Victor once – He was unavailable so we left a VM. We called back and left message for the Sales Manager. The sales manager called back and said he and Victor would call the next day. They never called. 2/16 – called Victor – He was unavailable so we left a VM. We are sorry we ever dealt with this dealer, but they were the only dealer that had the Max. More
We have a long history of dissatisfaction. It took them over a year to diagnose a starting issue with a brand new 2017 Edge. Only after a Ford engineer from Michigan can down was it finally resolved. Their entire service team was replaced so we gave them another shot. My wife's car was ready on Friday & nobody called. We explicitly stated it was needed for monday. The reason for no call? They had the day off. over $100 in uber charges were a result & her job was in jeopardy. They didn't even offer a loaner. Never again. More
I can recommend only Thomas Witcofski, because he is professional, but nobody else at this service. I had very bed experience when Thomas has off day.
