Repaired one warranty item - CO2 sensor. Did not replace the second item, tire pressure sensor. Said it was probably just an anomaly even though the on board warning system said there was a fault. After I left the dealership, the warning came on again. They also did not deal with the tire issue - I was told they don't know anything about factory tire warranties. I left the car on a Thursday morning and after I declined the dealer recommended service, I didn't hear back. I called later in the day for a status and did not get a return call. I had to call again the next day and was told it was just going up on the rack. Regretting bringing my vehicle here. Follow-up: After submitting my review, the Service Manager at Schaumburg Ford wrote back asking for my contact info and showed willingness to make amends. I have not heard heard back from him. More
