By far best experience hands-down thanks to sales rep Crystal. This was not our first car purchase we have been around the block before but by far this was the easiest and smoothest transaction we have h Crystal. Terrible, terrible, terrible. I lost a day of pay for a BR service department technician to install the Wrong Headlight . Then I had the Service Consultant insult me and tell me that “ That head lights b BR service department technician to install the Wrong Headlight . Then I had the Service Consultant insult me and tell me that “ That head lights brighter because it’s new ! “ Are you kidding me .Disrespectful and insulting . I routinely go to Ford to have maintenance performed on my car, Ford Mustang, my last service was in the summer 2020. During each service I get a report indicating that nothing is wrong with my car or tire my car, Ford Mustang, my last service was in the summer 2020. Two weeks ago I got a nail stuck in my back tire and went to Discount Tire, where I found out that my two front tires were pretty much 100% bald. I received a multipoint inspection on my car at Ford last week when I brought my car in to fix a leak (they actually broke my visor in my car too which caused me to have to come back to Ford again for them to fix it wasting more of my time), and they didn't notice the bald tires, and instead gave me another report indicating that everything was great with my tires. After I received the most recent inspection report I questioned my Ford advisor, Tom, and showed him my bald tires and he told me a manager at Ford, Adam, was supposed to reach out to discuss this. I was never contacted by a manager which is why I needed to write this review. I can't have other consumers place trust in inaccurate Ford inspection reports. My main question is why are you giving customers reports on their cars without even inspecting their cars? I as a consumer rely on Ford to communicate to me if there is something wrong with my car, especially if they are "inspecting," it. Imagine my surprise when Discount Tire showed me how bald and dangerous my two front tires were. What if I never went to Discount Tire, would my tires have exploded on the highway when I was going 70 MPH causing an accident? More

We brought out car in for an electrical issue after it had drained 2 batteries. The service department checked everything out for several days but could not find any issues. It was suggested that the firs had drained 2 batteries. The service department checked everything out for several days but could not find any issues. It was suggested that the first battery was just old and the second battery was defective. The second battery was replace by a local auto parts store as it was still under warranty. Since they could find nothing wrong, we were not charged. While I was a little hesitant at first to believe there really wasn't an issue, that turns out to have been the case. They could have easily replaced a bunch of electronics and billed us for that but they were VERY honest and ethical. That's something that is harder and harder to find in the cut throat world of auto repair. We'll continue to return for future service even though there are dealerships closer to our home. More
