We brought out car in for an electrical issue after it had drained 2 batteries. The service department checked everything out for several days but could not find any issues. It was suggested that the first battery was just old and the second battery was defective. The second battery was replace by a local auto parts store as it was still under warranty. Since they could find nothing wrong, we were not charged. While I was a little hesitant at first to believe there really wasn't an issue, that turns out to have been the case. They could have easily replaced a bunch of electronics and billed us for that but they were VERY honest and ethical. That's something that is harder and harder to find in the cut throat world of auto repair. We'll continue to return for future service even though there are dealerships closer to our home. More

I have never had a bill that has matched what I have been quoted. Very frustrating! When I come and pick up my car I get sent to pay my bill and I don't get to talk to my service provider. The last couple times I feel like I am just a check on the list and not communicated with. When I see coupons for Ford I am told I can't use them because you don't take competitors or Ford coupons they have to specifically be for Schaumburg. There are NEVER Schaumburg ones unless you spend $100. On a positive note, I do like working with Zach. He is good and does good at communicating, just frustrated with this location. More

I felt like I was mislead when I brought my car in for service on Wednesday by Zach. I had a noon appointment for an oil change. He proceeded to tell me I should get my 25k mile services - an alignment service on Wednesday by Zach. I had a noon appointment for an oil change. He proceeded to tell me I should get my 25k mile services - an alignment and filter changes. He told me the cost would be $299. I told him I could not afford that. He said "I will find you the best deal, at the least $30 off". When I checked out, the nice woman told me the bill was $299. I said Zach told me he was going to find "the best deal or at least $30 off the bill". She brought Zach into the waiting area. Zach stated "I did give you $30 off. Look at your bill". I stated "Why did you tell me the price was $299 prior coupons?" He said "I have no idea what the tax would be." The total bill includes tax. A piece of advise for Zach - when someone asks you how much something is, next time say $299 plus tax. He was rude when I told him I felt misled. I will take my business to Joe Cotton.
