No one called me about what was going on with my car just when it was ready to pickup. I suppose because it was warranty/recall work they felt I did not need to be told what was going on. I have to say that Lexis help was outstanding and who ever did the work on my car did a great job. The service advisor Zach lacked customer service skills. More
