I have bought Toyota cars from Schaumburg TOYOTA in the past because the dealership is honest and friendly. This time the price was added an extra charge of more than $3000 which is the only negative aspec past because the dealership is honest and friendly. This dealership is charging for services/repairs/parts that are not performed/replaced, then when caught and confronted they blamed it on employee who got “confused” and tried to somewhat make it right, b that are not performed/replaced, then when caught and confronted they blamed it on employee who got “confused” and tried to somewhat make it right, but no compromise was made and I was literally being dismissed by customer satisfaction manager, needles to say I will never go there again and would recommend others to stay away.
