Customer satisfaction I came in to have my Highlander LE’s first service. I saw the salesman that I previously dealt with and told him that I was upset with myself for bein I came in to have my Highlander LE’s first service. I saw the salesman that I previously dealt with and told him that I was upset with myself for being cheap and buying the Highlander LE as opposed to the XLE. My sales professional, David Warda, and sales manager, Jonathan, came up with a plan where I would swap out my LE for an XLE without suginifcantly increasing my monthly payment by using the Highlander 0.9% interest promotion. Then my financial officer, Leah, prepared all of my paperwork with the exact same options that I previously chose when I purchased the LE 6 months ago while I relaxed reading my book. When all the paperwork was completed, I signed everything and left as an extremely happy customer. I now have the vehicle that I wanted in the beginning.
