The estimate that came in for the repair from the other persons Insurance company seemed low. We consulted you & took your advice to see Certified Collision in Schaumburg for comparison. Certified alerted me to the fact that the damaged parts may be & often are replaced with cheaper parts. The information was most helpful in making our decision to take our car to Certified Collision.
