When we settled in on a car, the right combo of ext/int wasn’t there but he immediately did a statewide search and told us to go have a nice lunch and he would work on getting our car here & ready ASAP. Within a hour of leaving, he called to say our car was on the way and he would have it all ready for us when we returned a few hours later. He and his manager were very fair in their offer and trade in value. We returned and he was just finishing the last touches, transferred our plates right away and the car was even more awesome than I expected! Daniel made us feel like we were his first & only customer even though he has been there for 4 years. We are new to the Toyota family and are very impressed with the whole operation of Schaumburg Toyota!! More

Our 18 year old MR-2 developed an engine problem late on a Saturday afternoo Once again your service department came to my rescue when I needed help. Our 18 year old MR-2 developed an engine problem late on a Saturday afternoon. I found out that the service area closes at 5 pm and is closed on Sundays. I spoke with Miguel in the service area and he was extremely helpful to us. He got the car in and had it diagnosed in a very short time. He told us that the needed parts had to be ordered and might take a couple of days to get. When I told him that I had to have my car for work, he loaned us a beautiful Camry to use until our car was finished. He also kept in touch with us and informed us of the progress on the repairs every step of the way. We have been loyal customers of Schaumburg Toyota since we bought a new Celica there in 1985. With outstanding customer service like we received, we will keep coming back. Thanks again! More

Sienna Limited Premium AWD with disability feautures Zayas was extremely helpful during the entire buying process. We had a complex situation because we were purchasing a scooter lift and a scooter and w Zayas was extremely helpful during the entire buying process. We had a complex situation because we were purchasing a scooter lift and a scooter and we were working with Mobility Works in Niles. Zaya made sure to be in touch with our salesman at Mobility Works to ensure that the entire process went smoothly for us. Although it wasn't his responsibility to do so, he went above and beyond with his customer service. He also explained the financing aspect since we were going to roll all of our costs into the loan and made sure we got all of the incentives that we qualified for. Toyota Corporate has a program that reimburses you for the cost of medical equipment added to their vehicles and Zaya made sure that all of the forms were filled out properly and that they were submitted in a timely manner. He was very thorough in explaining the remote starter, extended warranty and other things that we added to the car. He is a very kind person and is always so nice to us. He is truly one of a kind! Also, shout out to Joe Shoemaker and Leah Interino for their patience, helpfulness and understanding. This was an emotional process (health issues leading to the scooter purchase) but they all made it very pleasant. More
