To Whom It May Concern, my name is Kelly; I presently do not have a vehicle or smart phone, which left me in a predicament (no way to get to the dealership or anywhere else for that matter without help). A very nice professional salesperson by the name of Robert Wesley was trying to help me this evening, he offered to come and pick me up himself and bring me pictures of the vehicle I was interested in, but first he needed to ask his management, he spoke with the management who stated whatever they needed to do to earn my business they would do, Mr. Wesley arrived shortly after that. At the point of looking at the pictures he brought me and discussing the price, Mr. Wesley started getting an abundant amount of text messages, I felt bad for Mr. Wesley who did not realize that I was able to read one of his messages that came from someone in management at Schaumburg Toyota. Here just an hour earlier it was "whatever they needed to do to earn my business they would do", then I read a text message that he was going to loose his job for leaving. I do not know who the message came from yet, but I will find out and file a complaint with their boss as they have a salesperson who has gone so far out of his way to help me (a potential customer) to sell one of their vehicles (which to me Mr. Wesley has gone above the level of excellence in customer service) to have his job threaten. To the owners of Toyota Schaumburg maybe you should take a closer look at your sales personnel and your management, to me it seems as your salespeople go that extra mile for your customers while your management does more harm than good for your business or at least give them some type of training of how to treat people especially their own employees. I am now re-thinking purchasing a vehicle from Toyota Schaumburg, but I do want to purchase my vehicle from Mr. Wesley when I do purchase, and he is the only reason I would recommend Toyota Schaumburg. More

Our current vehicles were purchased at Schaumburg Toyota and it is where we plan to purchase our new vehicles, with a main reason being your service department. These employees are knowledgeable, well trained, and stand by their product (service). Most of the time I wait to work with Brian Matuszewski due to his extreme professionalism, knowledge and fairness. When I have had service issues that were not able to be easily diagnosed, Brian's tremendous persistence in finding the source of the issue was incredible. Another 2 outstanding features of your service department are the hours and loaner car if absolutely necessary. Most service personnel are friendly and very helpful. Your business practice at Schaumburg Toyota Service (and Sales) is second to none!!! More
