I originally came to the dealer just to look. I had found a Scion Xb advertised on the internet and wanted to check it out. The car was considered used but a 2011 model with 6700 miles is hardly used. It i a Scion Xb advertised on the internet and wanted to check it out. The car was considered used but a 2011 model with 6700 miles is hardly used. It is hard to find a used Xb with mileage under 10,000 it just does not happen. We use this dealership all time for my wife's maintenance on her Toyota Sienna and is just 10 minutes from home. I spent my time with CJ and Manoj, both who were fantastic. Dealerships are generally looked down upon but this is my second Toyota purchase and both of these experiences were far better than the ones I had with Saturn and Chevrolet. It was easy to talk to CJ as he was just about my age and being the sales manager was able to make many decisions himself without looking for approval, a major plus. Very knowledgeable when it came to the numbers of the car and figuring all the odds and ends. Manoj handled most of the technical questions regarding my trade-in and specs/options of the Xb. The car sold itself. The Xb is already loaded with all the good stuff you need. I got the remote start and all weather floor mats for the car. The deal finalized Monday night and Tuesday morning I got a call from Toyota they could do the remote start and mats the next day. Service had me drop the car off and was out the door in 10 minutes with a 2013 Rav4 loaner at no charge. Got the car back later that day and its been great since. More

Overall, I was very pleased with the service I received. My mom and I went in and we were graced with an awesome salesman, Mr. Emmanuel Dionisio. My mother and I has been visiting a couple of dealers earlier that day, where I had narrowed it down to Nissan and Toyota. Upon entering the Schaumburg Toyota our intentions were to just look around and see all the deals. We were just walking around the dealer when Mr. Dionisio approached us and asked if we needed help. He directed us to the location of which we were interested in. Then he offered us additional service by inviting us into his office. After an hour of negotiating with my mom, we were sold. Not only was he amazing but he had spectacular customer service skills that my mother and I automatically knew we were lucky to have had him as our salesmen! I would definitely come back for future purchases and have heard my mother recommend Mr. Dionisio to her friends as I have done the same.
