First Vehicle Purchase I just graduated from college and needed a new car for my job. After visiting several dealers, I came to Shoepp Motors to look at a few of their SUV/C I just graduated from college and needed a new car for my job. After visiting several dealers, I came to Shoepp Motors to look at a few of their SUV/Crossovers with Leaf. After a few days of searching, I finally purchased a Ford Escape with her help. Throughout the entire process, Leaf went above and beyond to help me out. She worked to find a car that was well within my budget, and never pressured me into paying more. Leaf was personable and pleasant to work with, while maintaining the highest level of professionalism. I was intimidated to buy my first car after hearing stories of how sales people will try to swindle you, but Leaf was completely transparent in discussing the pros/cons of the cars I tried, and was clearly just trying to get me a fair deal. I would highly recommend working with Leaf!! More

Good experience John Walsh did a great job making my car buying experience a good one. He didn’t put on the sales pressure like so many car salesman do. Having worked in sales consulting myself, I always look for & appreciate good sales consultants when I find myself on the other side of the table. In my dealings with Charlie, I discovered to my delight he was on the same side of the table as me and this is why: 1). Charlie has effective communication skills; that drives everything else. In the pre-sales discussions, including text messages & phone calls, Charlie answered each one of my questions. I found him to be proactive & that by itself motivated me to move to the next step, the commitment to drive to Schoepp Motors, fully prepared to do business. 2). Charlie was responsive to my concerns about pricing & matching the right pricing to a vehicle requiring very little repairs & was reliable in the long-term. What surprised me was how he managed to find that right vehicle for the kind of pricing I could find nowhere else. He literally met my needs on the spot! I found that astonishing & unheard of in any industry. 3). As I assessed the vehicle & how I could fit it in my budget, I was also assessing Charlie’s expertise & the words I heard him say help seal it: he has experience working for Honda. Those were the closing words for me and he demonstrated that by his knowledge & expertise in the Honda product. In summary, Charlie knows exactly how to manage his business, how to consult effectively with his customers, how to communicate effectively and how to professionally drive the sales cycle through to the closing.
