Great Experience at Schoepp on 10/5/19 I went to Schoepp last weekend looking for a truck to buy. I found one that I like but had high mileage but I thought was reasonably priced. Went back the next weekend and the price had gone up. After some dealing I did get the truck for the price that I originally saw it for. This was the second time that I have bought a vehicle here, the first experience was not quite as good as this one but am very happy with the sales person and the experience. Found a couple things that had passed inspection and shouldn't have but was told to just call and schedule an appt and they would fix as soon as we could get it in. More

I expected that I would have to wait a few days to pick it up but Charlie had it ready before I'd finished the finance stuff so I could drive it home that day! Dan Healey was so friendly and patient, guiding me through the entire car buying process seamlessly. The price on my 2016 Subaru Forrester was beyond fair, with a better price and value than any other dealership within 100 miles. My dad works in dealerships on the East Coast, and he said he'd never seen a deal like that either. The warranty is comprehensive and significantly cheaper than more limited offerings at other dealerships I shopped with. Even after I had signed and purchased, Dan was understanding and receptive to my follow up questions. I realized after I signed that the car didn't have any floormats, and instead of dismissing my request because I'd already paid, he told me to swing by the next day to pick some up. When I dropped of my trade-in, he arranged a ride home for me and had an employee help me put the plates on my new car because I didn't have the right kind of screwdriver. All around incredible customer service and follow through. I would recommend Schoepp Motors, and specifically Dan Healey to everyone! -Liana More

Well HE DOES A BAD JOB AT FOLLOWING THROUGH WITH THE CUSTOMER. I emailed him about it, hasn’t responded AT ALL. Of course he doesn’t care, since he already has his paycheck. Also... don’t try to bribe us in giving you a good review for free tank of gas. Make sure you print this out and put it on your customer binder too. More
