I was never given a walk around the vehicle showing/explaining its features. There was no owners manual provided. What disappointed me the most was that the gas tank was only 1/4 full when I picked it up. Good customer service would provide a full tank of gas when a customer picks up their vehicle. More

While test driving the vehicle we found two issues with it and he gave us a document promising to fix everything asap. Donna in financing was great to deal with as well. Overall I think this was the easiest and most comfortable car shopping experience in my time buying vehicles and this is about my 10th from a dealer. I would recommend Patrick and Donna hands down anytime. More
