Worth the trip I went into Schoepp today with no idea of what I was looking for in a vehicle. Patrick was so awesome! David was super quick with my paperwork after we got all of the details ironed out and I got to leave in a great car today. I will definitely be going back when it's time for my next vehicle. They were so nice and really took care of me. I'm super happy I went in. My only complaint would be the legnth of time it took, it was a bit linger than i would have liked, otherwise my trip was awesome. Thanks guys. More

What they came with and how to work the AWD etc. We were set on an AWD vehicle cuz our roads don't get plowed out before I go to work in the morning. He spoke with our current insurance company right with us. So switching over to our new car was easy. They re-detailed it for us. Nathan also threw in some extra perks. That was so nice. He set up my payments with my bank right during my visit. He knows his stuff about financing. It was all very simple and hassle free. Quite impressed with it all:) Love love our new vehicle. We did not buy from Schoepp but sure would have. We found two vans on the internet that were very comparable at first site. He suggested we just use the van to complete the errands as sort of a test drive. We knowingly left with the van (push button start) but without the keys. WE hadn't planned on stopping anywhere. Within minutes of leaving Nick realized that we didn't have the keys and jumped into his car and headed to the destination in an attempt to rescue us. Only knowing him for several minutes, this didn't surprise me. He is the poster child for customer service. He went above and beyond. As it turned out, the other van did have more features and value but they matched Nick's price because they knew we were going back to Nick. They bought the sale, they didn't earn it. More

There was a tiny problem with my truck and Nathan called and got it fixed right away. Pleasure doing business with them and would recommend to anyone. Truly care about there customers More

I wish I could give them a 0 I bought a used car from the east side and had it for a week and the service stabili track warning, traction control light, and abs light came on. I c I bought a used car from the east side and had it for a week and the service stabili track warning, traction control light, and abs light came on. I called at talked with the guy I bought it from and he said that it doesn't mean anything and will be fine. I said no I want it fixed. He told me I had to take it to the west side to get it fixed. I said fine no problem. Took it there to get fixed and was given a loaner car. When I get my car back two days later the same lights came on. I have been contacting them to get it looked at again but every time I make an appointment, I call and confirm it and to make sure I have a loaner car, they never have one for me. This has been going on for two weeks now and I am extremely unhappy. I live an hour away and need a vehicle to drive to work. They tell me they only have 4 loaner cars and it's hit or miss if I can get one. My car is unsafe and they are not making it easy to get fixed. Buyer beware!!!!! More
