After dealing with my credit unions frustrating terms and conditions for weeks on end, I had just about had it. On top of the aforementioned issues I am very picky when it comes to cars. I am a mechanic after all. I knew what I wanted but couldn't find a way to get it. I searched online and filled out a couple of credit applications for sites that help people with not so great credit. Nick called me the next day and I told him what I was looking for. I wanted a very particular car, with very specific options. To my surprise he called me back only a few hours later to tell me he had found my exact request. Nick found me financing with a car payment I can manage at a very low apr. They even drove more then 500 miles to get me my exact car. I couldn't believe how hard they worked for me. I would highly recommend Nick Vullings and the rest of the Schoepp motors team to anyone that wants an easy, friendly car buying experience. More

God Sent Man I started off putting my information in to see if I would qualify for a car on line. Monday morning I recieved a call from Nick Vullings to inform me I started off putting my information in to see if I would qualify for a car on line. Monday morning I recieved a call from Nick Vullings to inform me that I was prequalified for a vehicle. I headed to Schoepp Motors to speak with Nick to continue the procedure. At the time Nick told me I may need a co-signer.To make a long story short. Nick continues to work on my paperwork.Later that evening I recieved a voicemail from Nick saying the co-signer had been waived and you are 100% approved.Nick is the best salesman anyone can ever meet. He works hard to make sure you leave Schoepp Motors happy and satisfied. I will recommend anyone to him.I look forward to building a long-term relationship with him. Nick Vullings is THE BEST! On Sunday I sent an email request to see the Carfax for a truck listed for sale at the Northeast store. Within 10 minutes Nick called me and I was sh On Sunday I sent an email request to see the Carfax for a truck listed for sale at the Northeast store. Within 10 minutes Nick called me and I was shocked! He was ready to take my information and start the process. I told him that I had already researched vehicles for sale, knew exactly what I wanted and was looking for a quick sales process - just give me the bottom line and if it's where I need to be I'll buy. Nick did that and more. He took the time to ask about my financing (I had already arranged it because my trade-in was upside down) and asked if he could provide a quote. I thought, sure, why not? In the meantime, my husband came in to test drive the truck. He told Nick he didn't need to ask lots of questions, just take it for a drive. Nick obliged. Later on Monday, to my surprise, they beat my interest rate from my current credit union by 0.25%! Everything was wrapped up and done when I arrived to pick up the truck Monday night. It was a seamless, easy experience just as I asked Nick to provide. He listens to his customers and then finds a way to go above and beyond expectations to not only make you happy but make you delighted that you found him and Schoepp Motors. I have had bad luck with automobiles most of my adult life and have very little comprehension about how autos operate. I find the whole process of car buying stressful, confusing and not enjoyable. I've labeled my stress associated with it as " My Automobile Anxiety". Thanks to Nick Vullings and Nathan Delmore at Schoepp's Northeast location - this is a thing of the past!!! And Here's Why - - - I have been driving a 1999 Lincoln for the past 4-5 yrs. Great car but many miles which was creating more expenses to keep up with maintenance. Nice not having a car payment but did not feel comfortable taking it very far which in a way left me feeling a little isolated. I knew I did not want to drive it another winter (having had a few close calls on icy roads) and began entertaining the idea to upgrade. Over the past few months I had visited a few other dealerships that advertised helping people rebuild their credit. The idea behind helping rebuild credit would be to present a workable financial for the customer while providing a decent vehicle - but this was not happening. Each time, I left disallusioned, disappointed and completely unimpressed. Discouraged, I decided to just wait it out and keep on driving Abe (my Lincoln) reminding myself the postitives- no car payment, winter is quite a ways off, etc. Two weeks ago, I received a voice mail from Nick Vullings from Schoepp Motors. He introduced himself, the dealership and financial service he worked with and simply asked if I would please return his call to let him know if I was still interested in obtaining a different vehicle, realizing I had the credit issues. The message was polite, professional, friendly and inviting. I'm not sure if I've told Nick - but that message was the reason I contacted him and made the appointment! It won me over and was what I needed to not stay discouraged thinking my situation was a lost cause. I knew after returning his call that there was something about his manner that I could trust him. I met him 2 days later on Saturday 6/21/14. I was impressed as soon as I got out of my car and was pleasantly greeted by the guys outside. Nick walked over to greet me the minute I walked in the front door and this was impressive to me - unlike stereotypical dealerships where you get swooped on the second your feet hit the parking lot's pavement. Shaking hands confirmed my feelings that he was genuine and truly wanted to help me. He and I sat down in his office and after exchanging a few pleasantries began discussing situation in more detail. He explained the actual benefits of a car payment - which would leave me with a nice, reliable vehicle and no more Automobile Anxiety. After calculating how much money I was spending to drive my Lincoln, I was very surprised at the bottom dollar amount. (Shocked is a fitting word). When we were done discussing - he asked if I wanting to proceed with looking. We had the selection down to a Chevy and then he showed me a beautiful Toyota Highlander which I immediately fell in love with but did not think it would be a feasible option for me. The rest of the afternoon was spent by my 2" Auto Angels" Nick and Nathan on working every possible angle to help me obtain a vehicle at the lowest price possible. By Monday - I drove away with ..... THE TOYOTA!! This entire experience left me so happy and grateful to have been treated with respect and kindness. I know that I will be a lifetime customer by a group of professionals who truly care for their customers. If I could - I'd shout it from the rooftops to GO SEE NICK and NATHAN at SCHOEPP MOTORS!
