I stopped at this dealership because I had previously purchased a vehicle here a few years ago. I was very happy with that car so when I decided I needed to trade for something newer, I instantly knew I purchased a vehicle here a few years ago. Then I narrowed my choices and price limit to what I was looking for. When we arrived at Schoepp we were immediately greeted by Sean M. Very nice polite gentleman. He showed me the cars I was interested in and even some that I may not have considered. I ended up purchasing a vehicle that I was very interested in from the website. And I was given a great trade in allowance for my car and a great deal on my new purchase. Even the finance guy, Dave, was great on getting me a very low interest rate on my loan. What really impressed me, however, was that he was attentive without being "pushy". I hate it when salespeople are pushy and everyone I have ever talked to is in complete agreement. I work as a loan officer for a small credit union and you wouldn't believe the number of people who come in to complain about an overly aggressive car salesperson. Many have told me that they simply walked away from a good deal because of the pushy nature of the salesperson. It really comes down to respect, doesn't it? If someone doesn't respect my decision, I find it hard to deal with them. So, as far as the sales experience, I was very pleased! More

My husband and I wanted to trade in our 2003 Ford Escape for a newer car. When we pulled up, we were greeted by John, who we told what our expectations were. We wanted a car that was decent on gas, less tha for a newer car. When we pulled up, we were greeted by John, who we told what our expectations were. We wanted a car that was decent on gas, less than 70K miles, and had a 'sporty' look without being considered a sports car. We also said that our payments needed to be around 250 or less. John took my husband around to a few cars and offered to have some pulled over from other locations, but we ended up finding the perfect car right on the lot. The whole process took about 3-4 hours and we went home with a new hassle-free car. Previous car buying experiences were not a smooth as ours has been with Schoepp Motors. I felt that they really listened to our needs and expectations and I am very satisfied. The lot had a variety of vehicles to choose from and I feel like they had something for every budget.
