He ordered new floor mats for us, ordered new keyless remotes, had the vehicle detailed, had the check engine light issue resolved (as our purchase. I have never had anyone work as hard at making sure I was happy from start to finish. I had calls from Patrick offering to meet with me at my convenience. In fact it was the worst experience in all my years of dealing with sales. They truelly changed my concept of car dealers.
