Mark was great to work with and was very helpful in the test drive and talking through the process of purchasing a car. He got to know me and listened. He seemed very genuine. He was insistent on just talking and trying to convince me he was right. I was turned off by his "sales" pitch and just trying to "make a deal". He seemed to talk down about Mark saying he was "just" a sales guy. His fast talking approach didn't work with me. However, I do feel that I got a good deal on the Honda and I appreciate Mark, Patrick and Doug working with me. Thanks! Patrick was an excellent salesman! I was very nervous about selling the car I had grown up with for something new but it had to be done and for a reasonable price. The moment I met Patrick, I felt that he would help me accomplish my goal of getting a new car and he instilled a great deal of confidence in me that this process, though new and scary, would be made as smooth as possible for me. Not only did he help me find a car that was wonderful and a great deal and that met every single one of my requirements, but he also made sure that when I said I wanted such and such for a monthly payment, that was what I got (if not lower). Any questions I had he was more than able to answer well. When I was confused, he would take the time to explain everything to me and break it up, making sure I understood completely and wasn't left in the dust. He also had a great sense of humor!
