I'm giving this bad rating for 2 reasons....I bought my van in February from the East location. Within a week of purchasing my van I had the windshield crack 18 inches long from a chip that was there b my van in February from the East location. Within a week of purchasing my van I had the windshield crack 18 inches long from a chip that was there before I purchased it (I had it looked at by a glass professional) and he stated that the van probably sat a long time over winter in the lot and when it finally had heat from defrost it would of cracked like that. When I called the service center I was told tough, it could of happened after I bought it. Then after a week run around on being told I would get a return phone and that didn't happen until days later, when I finally heard back & I had proof of it being an old crack he was RUDE to me but finally agreed to get me a windshield at their cost which still was $250.00. I'm a single mom, who needed a safe van to transfer children around. Not to continually put money into it!!! What makes it worse is that I have had to transfer my niece who was in a wheelchair after a serious car accident on Easter. 2nd reason....I have had my van for only 3 months and the shuttering has been going on since I bought the van. That I thought was normal because of the size of the vehicle, which means it’s been BAD SINCE I BOUGHT IT!!! I brought it in yesterday to have an estimate done because I was told the brakes were bad after my boyfriend had to drive the van for my brother in laws funeral precession. It shuttered the entire van when you try and come to a stop. I got an estimate of almost $500.00 to get my brakes fixed. Stated on the estimate that the rear brakes were BADLY PITTED & needed to be replaced right away!!!!! If they were that bad, that means they have been bad for awhile. I called my mechanic friend and he said they just don't get bad over night and if I have had that problem since I bought the van it was there to begin with. I never saw anything on the statement of sale about rear brakes needing to be done in the near future. Not only was I not told about it now you want me to pay another $500.00 for a van that has given me crap since I got it. I paid $24.00 yesterday to have my brakes inspected and instead of hearing anything good....I noticed there is GREASE SHOE STAINS all over my driver's side mats. Come on?! I’ve never had that happen before!! I called this morning and he wanted me to bring my van back in so they could clean the mat. I don’t live in Madison, it is a 30 minute drive for me to bring it there ($20.00 more in gas). Because your mechanic didn’t use a cover sheet on the mat. Not only should I get my money back for the estimate they should pay for my trip to have my van cleaned. As much money as they got from me in the sale of the lemon van, I should be treated with a little more respect. This place is horrible! Not only do I know that I was ripped off....I plan to not claim my last "FREE" oil change or go back to that place until they admit the brakes were bad before & fix them for free!!! More

I have always wanted a Jeep Wrangler, It has been my dream car since I was little. I noticed that Schoepp Motors had one so I stopped in about an hour before they closed and met Jason. There was absolut dream car since I was little. I noticed that Schoepp Motors had one so I stopped in about an hour before they closed and met Jason. There was absolutely no stopping him from getting me my dream car. He was polite and friendly even when it became time for him to go home. Working in retail I know how hard it is to stay late sometimes, but Jason didn't show that it bothered him at all. Jason is the salesperson you can trust, he will work with you however long or hard he has too. This is exactly what he did for me and I love my Jeep!!! Thanks Jason! Annie More

I went to multiple dealerships looking for a specific truck type for my business. I ended up working with Jason Kossow at Schoepp Motors and he found me the exact truck (with utility topper) i was lookin truck type for my business. Greg was great, I needed to get a different car and had an Audi to trade in. I had been to another dealer and the trade in value was right on. The financing department got it done in an hour and I was out an Audi to trade in. I had been to another dealer and the trade in value was right on. I even noticed that the car I bought was very close to needing a oil change and I brought it in a week later and the did it for free. Good experience I always have bought new or leased so this was my first time buying a used car from a dealer. Good experince. More

When I arrived, received a friendly greeting from TJ. I told him I had an appointment with Nate and he said, "Yes, he told me you were coming." That felt nice - like my visit was important to them. Was very patient, as I worked my way through nine test drives. At the end, I was stuck on deciding between two cars, and he never once pushed me like I was wasting his time. I felt bad I took so long, but Nate virtually gave me the bulk of his day and didn't seemed the least bit bothered by that. He seemed happy to do it. THAT is great customer service. I will be back. I will definitely return to this place. These guys are great. They made my process of buying a new vehicle painless and easy.
