John Schurman was a pleasure to work with, However, there were some issues with the dealer overall. They had a Mini Cooper on the lot and I knew i wanted it so there was no test drive. I drove from over 2 ho were some issues with the dealer overall. They had a Mini Cooper on the lot and I knew i wanted it so there was no test drive. I drove from over 2 hours away to purchase the vehicle. This is my third vehicle so I didn't need it hence no concern for a test drive. I know minis very well and wanted this for my garage. Despite the dealer getting me in and out in less than 15minutes, upon receiving the car, it was filthy, and I was given the vehicle on an empty tank. That has NEVER happened to me anywhere. When i asked about small things that were broken so i could order replacement parts myself I was informed that nothing was broken. I knew this was a stretch because the vehicle had 93k miles on it. The Fog Lights switch was broken, one of the parking lights were out, a reverse light was out, the dash light adjuster wasn't operating, the passenger rear tyre is damaged and had a huge bulge, not to mention the terrible condition of the rear tyres, the bluetooth had been disabled and the mount for the switches on the dash was dislodged and moves when operating switches. Yes I am happy with my purchase because I really wanted this car but, if this were my only car and I had put my faith in this dealer it would have been misplaced. I do NOT recommend you trust this dealer, anything purchased needs to be scrutinized meticulously before purchase. More
