I was looking for a Subaru Impreza and saw Schoepp had one like I wanted on autotrader at the Northeast location, so I emailed the dealership and Kevin Bossenbroek emailed me back. I went into the dealership and he was ready for me with the car. After the test drive, we negotiated the price and my trade-in, and Kevin worked extremely hard to get me the monthly payment that I wanted. Also, big shout out to Doug as well, on working with me and giving me a wonderful deal. They did not pressure me, explained everything very well and were extremely helpful. I was in and out with the test drive, negotiating and paperwork in just over two hours. They also did some minor exterior and interior fix-ups on the car when I didn't expect them to, as part of the deal. They really did go above and beyond for me and I am so appreciative. I had been thinking of selling our Jeep to get a newer vehicle and something with 4 doors. The Toyota Rav4 caught my eye and I mentioned it to my husband. John worked out all the paperwork with Ken and gave a really good deal on a trade-in to stay within our budget. We also had the vehicle for the weekend to drive to see if it what we wanted. Well needless to say, Monday a.m. I went back to the dealership, John met me at the front door and we finished up the paperwork with John. Our monthly payments are the same and we even added a three year warranty on the used vehicle we purchased with our trade in. My husband test drove vehicles to my work so I could see them during the day and they were so patient with my indecisiveness. My husband also uses Schoepp for his company vehicles and had great experiences with them too. More
