I came in on Friday and talked to Jason on buying the Chrysler 200. Very nice car but had some scratches on front fender and by the door I traded in my car they gave us an offer with a verbal commitment Chrysler 200. We went home to think about the offer and on Sat Jason called us twice and offered another $1000.00 off the car ( verbal ) On Monday We called and told them we would take the car. I went in after work and they proceeded in telling me that I would not get the scratches fixed it was not down on paper and they could not contact Jason also they only gave me $500.00 of the $1000.00 cuz the check engine light was on ( it was on when they looked at it on Friday) It needed an oil change but this time I was talking to Patrick (very rude ) he took the $500.00 off because of the light and he took off $100.00 from the trade in. I did not realize this until I got home. I would not go back to this place again I have never been treated so badly it took the fun out buying the car. Yes I did get a great deal but did not recieve all that I was told SO make sure you have everything in writing and if you are female take a male with you!! If I was a man I do not think that they would have treated me the same. More

As a first time buyer, I was really nervous to begin looking and to be taken advantage of. Right away, Matt was kind enough to come up and get to know us as people and find out who we are to match us to looking and to be taken advantage of. It was pretty chilly and windy, so instead of looking around Matt took us into the dealership to go over the cars available at any Schoepp Motors in Madison. When we were about to walk away and think about it, Matt and Ryan were able to talk to us and help us to get our best deal possible and look at how Schoepp makes sure that the cars they sell are very well maintained. We were prepared to sleep on it, but the made us feel enough at home that we bought the car right away! We will definitely be shopping there again in the future! More

We visited Schoepp Motors to look at used cars. We were specifically seeking out an all-wheel-drive hatchback. Rick Gray greeted us and invited us inside to check out their inventory. When I bought my used car at a different Schoepps location I was told that all cars came with two keys. However, I didn't receive a 2nd car key. I made an appointment at the Middleton location to location I was told that all cars came with two keys. However, I didn't receive a 2nd car key. I made an appointment at the Middleton location to obtain a 2nd key and was quoted $115.00 for a valet key. When I arrived for the appointment, I was informed that they would give me a valet key at no cost. Or I could pay $115.00 towards the key with the remote buttons and they would pay the rest. I opted for the key with the remote buttons. The key was programmed within the estimated time frame. When I went to pay the bill, I was informed by Patrick that there would be no charge to me. They wanted to make things right and they definately did. Their customer service was excellent today. They went above and beyond the call of duty! Was referred to Jeff Buck at Schoepp by my boyfriend's brother to help me find a good deal on a nice car that I'd be able to rely on for a good number of years. I went in knowing that my budget was pretty tight and Jeff was able to help me find a nice newer car that I actually felt really comfortable in. He was able to ease many of my worries about gas mileage, pricing, budgeting, warranty info, and reliability of the car itself. He really helped me leave feeling comfortable knowing that while it may not have all the bells and whistles, it's a good solid car that I should be able to rely on for a good number of years and that this will help build good credit with the banks since it's my first car loan. I left feeling completely happy and didn't once feel pressured or bullied into buying this car. Jeff was extremely personable and explained things to me in a way that I was able to understand logically.
