I was provided a very fair trade-in valuation on my VW EOS. Financing terms were perfect, rate and length of payment. A noise was detected during test drive. After service evaluation, the cost to repair the vehicle was $2,200. Rather than attempt to switch me to another vehicle, the dealership ate the entire repair in order to ensure that I could take delivery of the vehicle that I wanted. Great job Schomp Mini More

Unexpectedly Exceptional Service! I contacted Schomp Mini to look at a used Mini Countryman for my daughters first car. The car we looked at was not quite right, but the salesperson, I contacted Schomp Mini to look at a used Mini Countryman for my daughters first car. The car we looked at was not quite right, but the salesperson, Adrian, said he would look out for the perfect car for us. Within two weeks, he had found one that had just been traded in. It was perfect. Due to personal circumstances, the financing was difficult, but Adrian and his team worked through all the issues in a very respectful and private manner. He was always in contact with me, gave me heads up frequently, and let me know all of the stumbling blocks. Once they had financing sorted out, they continued to look for better options. I went in to sign the papers once all was ready, Adrian was not available but I had the pleasure of meeting Lana and she spent hours with my daughter and I to make sure we were fully satisfied and knowledgeable of all the options, warranties, etc. There was no pressure at all, everyone I dealt with was honest, open, and seemed genuinely happy.
