We have gotten rid of the vehicle because we had contacted the dealer several times for help and just got nothing but attitude. We lost over $3500.00 on this deal and am sick to our stomachs....we are on disability and feel very taken advantage of. We purchased a truck from another dealer and love it. We will and have shared all this information with many people....two of our family members have purchased cars in the last month and we steered them away from you and sent them elsewhere. They each purchased vehicles over $40,000 and we could not be happier for them as they used the dealer we purchased our truck from and another went to Larry Miller where we got our beautiful VW Jetta. NEVER EVER have we experienced such carelessness in a dealer. We are sick.....
