Rip off dealership, stay away Purchased a certified ram truck 2 1/2 years ago, the transmission went up, called service department to see about warranty, never received a call back Purchased a certified ram truck 2 1/2 years ago, the transmission went up, called service department to see about warranty, never received a call back. Finally found out that Because we did not get all our service done at their dealership the warranty is not covered . At the initial purchased they talked me into an insurance policy that turned it to be a Schumacher dealership agency for $2,000 a year way more than other places. Then realized I never eceived the title after the truck was pucrchsed called the title department was told they would charge me an additional $130, and if I call Florida motor vehicle I could save this fee they charge - The Florida other vehicle put you on hold for an hour and just tell you to go online which was very confusing, i live out of state so unable to go in person in the near future so i called Schumacher back and left message 4 times for th title person- she never called me back. I finally called and asked the operator to put me through to the owner of the dealership, and was put through to. So called customer servcie person. he told me they changed their computer system and no long have records of the title, I had to figure it out mysel throught the motor vehicle who is impossible to deal with if you are out of state. DO not buy a vehicle from a company who does not want to assist after the sale is made. More
