David and Richard were AMAZING from start to finish. We knew what we wanted and called in from Tampa. They worked with us over the phone to get the preliminary paperwork done and held the car for us. When I brought it my car on a Monday, I was told the problem would be addressed the next day and that I should just leave my car here. On Tuesday afternoon I was updated that there was a misunderstandin problem would be addressed the next day and that I should just leave my car here. On Tuesday afternoon I was updated that there was a misunderstanding somewhere and the part they needed had not arrived so the car would not be ready until Wednesday. At this point I offered to come get my car and bring it back when the part was available because I needed my car to get to work Thursday, but was told there would be no issues. Wednesday afternoon I was finally called and updated that the part was in and I would be called when things were ready so they could send the shuttle to come get me. At 515 pm I still hadn’t heard anything and could not get ahold of anyone at the service center, so when I finally got ahold of somebody (I think maybe at a call center) they told me to just Uber over and talk to the service center in person since they close at 6pm. Finally at 615 he went to see if it would be ready and said the tech was taking it on a test drive and it should be ready today. More
