Our salesperson, Noralvis (Nori) Sanchez was attentive, communicative, friendly, and low-pressure. She accommodated our many viewings of the car and stayed late to finish the deal. We were going to purchase another brand but went with Volvo simply for Nori. I would be remiss if I didn't send a massive shout-out to Jim in Finance for his seamless management of that process.
