Austin was friendly, knowledgeable, and a pleasure to work with the entire time. He was always helpful, but never "pushy" or overly-aggressive with the sales process. He followed up by phone during the days after my initial visit to ensure that all my questions were answered. Austin was not on-site the day I returned to Scott Clark Honda to officially secure my purchase. However, on that day, James Jefferson assisted me, and he was also extremely helpful and a pleasure to work with. More
