I want to acknowledge COLE PETTITT Scott Clark Nissan Service Advisor. He has aided me with my vehicle maintenance needs on 3 occasions. Always with a smile, courtesy, patience to my concerns and explain Service Advisor. He has aided me with my vehicle maintenance needs on 3 occasions. I’m a Nissan manual truck lover most of my years but needed a used truck and Nissan Dealership worked within my budget with a used Toyota Tacoma truck. Trusting Scott Clark Nissan so much that I ONLY GET MY TOYOTA maintenance there. I LOVE the atmosphere. A one time repair ( clutch) had to be repaired at a Toyota dealership and their customer service was OK but I prefer Scott Clark Nissan for all maintenance and repairs when needed if possible. I’ll preface this review that I’ve received zero response from the dealership on this. I’ve contacted them multiples times, asked for a response, and given them opportunity for weeks, but have received nothi from the dealership on this. I’ve contacted them multiples times, asked for a response, and given them opportunity for weeks, but have received nothing. Issues were as follows: 1. After saying no multiple times, I agreed to GAP and warranty, which was quoted at “$16 per month.” Reviewing the paperwork afterwards, the contract had nearly $100 a month. Multiple attempts to contact the finance manager went unanswered, I had to escalate to the GM, who cancelled it, but never addressed the situation. 2. The primary problem was realized a few days after the purchase. I drove from a few hours away, and the truck was clearly listed as having black rims. The dealership sent me a video that specifically mentioned “black rims.” As stated, a few days later I noticed one of the “rims” looked off. After further inspection, they had marketed and sold a vehicle with black hubcaps (that had a stock Chevy logo in the middle). I reached out multiple times, and once again got zero response. The primary reason I purchased my truck from dealership vs another was based on their positive online reviews and I regret that decision. I would not recommend making a purchase here based on my experience, which shows a pure lack of integrity and disregard of valid customer concerns. More
