I’ll preface this review that I’ve received zero response from the dealership on this. I’ve contacted them multiples times, asked for a response, and given them opportunity for weeks, but have received nothi from the dealership on this. I’ve contacted them multiples times, asked for a response, and given them opportunity for weeks, but have received nothing. Issues were as follows: 1. After saying no multiple times, I agreed to GAP and warranty, which was quoted at “$16 per month.” Reviewing the paperwork afterwards, the contract had nearly $100 a month. Multiple attempts to contact the finance manager went unanswered, I had to escalate to the GM, who cancelled it, but never addressed the situation. 2. The primary problem was realized a few days after the purchase. I drove from a few hours away, and the truck was clearly listed as having black rims. The dealership sent me a video that specifically mentioned “black rims.” As stated, a few days later I noticed one of the “rims” looked off. After further inspection, they had marketed and sold a vehicle with black hubcaps (that had a stock Chevy logo in the middle). I reached out multiple times, and once again got zero response. The primary reason I purchased my truck from dealership vs another was based on their positive online reviews and I regret that decision. I would not recommend making a purchase here based on my experience, which shows a pure lack of integrity and disregard of valid customer concerns. More

I bought a car at 8pm on a Wednesday. By 8am the next day I already was having issues with the car. Service team was great to me! I don't want to go into too much detail but I felt I was being taken advantage of because my credit score was low. Single mom of three, it happens, I went to the sales manager I was working with and calmly asked for the manager. I was given this guy Luis Cruiz name and he was right beside the other guy. My sister was on the phone helping me navigate the situation. I asked him for his managers name because I wasn't emotionally ready to speak on the entirety of the situation (I had my kids with me and we fit the visit in around their birthday celebrations) this guy behaved very immaturely. I was calm. I had just walked outside to cry. I didn't cause a scene. I just wanted information so I could reach out after I got all my thoughts together and all he did was deflect the question then gave me a corporation and when I relayed what he said he felt the need to correct how many locations the corporation managed. I now feel I will never be treated fairly at this dealership thanks to him and the sales manager I dealt with prior standing next to them. The fact they felt that since I was someone with a low credit score I didn't deserve common decency and they thought they could take advantage of me is mind boggling. Infront of my kids as well. They were right next to me. I will now have to go further to Rock Hill in the future due to this man and his sales manager Ryan McLain, but mainly because of the way this man choose to treat me when I felt I was being treated poorly. He just added to it. He had no empathy at all. He stopped caring because I didn't want to discuss the situation at that moment. More

Going in I wasn’t going to get the front end alignment. But after discussing it with Nigel I decided to get it done. The oil change, tire rotation, cabin filter change and front end alignment took only 1 1/2 hours. I was delighted when Nigel told me my car was ready. Another A+ for the service department.
