Have a 2020 Sentra that had a little stitching coming undone on the back of the seat. Nigel ordered a new seat and let me know when it was in. I was able to drop off my car, was provided a rental for $15 undone on the back of the seat. Nigel ordered a new seat and let me know when it was in. Always a great experience when I get my car serviced. Other dealerships/service departments have tried to overcharge their services and over exaggerated car issues.
