Great Experience I recently had an accident which totaled my 2018 Corolla so I was understandably stressed. I had an appointment at another Toyota dealership but felt I recently had an accident which totaled my 2018 Corolla so I was understandably stressed. I had an appointment at another Toyota dealership but felt the salesman was being less than honest while speaking to him over the phone. I made an inquiry about a 2019 Toyota at Scott Clark and Paul responded. After speaking to him I immediately cancelled my appointment at the other dealership. He was so personable he put me right at ease. I told him I was so excited about test driving and potentially buying a car and he said "buying a car should be exciting and fun", it was. From the time we were greeted at the door until we were escorted out we were smiling. Paul is very knowledgeable and respectful. When he handed us off to James Powell our good experience continued. James gave me good information and explained what every piece of paper I signed was for. I felt I was really being taken care of. Who knew buying a car could actually be a great experience. More

A Hummer of a deal! My wife and I were looking for a "unicorn" vehicle. Specifically, a low mileage Hummer H2. These are as rare as a unicorn, but Scott Clark Toyota had it. When we found our 2003 H2, with only 58,000 miles, we had to check it out. We had done extensive research, but the photos and information on the dealer website sealed the deal. I reached out and was contacted by Michael Black, Internet Sales Manager. Michael was as professional as we could have asked for. He sent supplemental videos and did everything possible to ensure our 2.5 hour drive would not be wasted. When we arrived, Michael thoroughly went over the vehicle, test drove it with us, and ensured that our negotiations would be easy. Leudy Pichardo handled our paperwork and was kpre than gracious considering we kept him there 2 hours after closing.
