Very good despite long wait As always, I received professional and quality service and attention. Upon arriving (I had an appointment) there were probably 5 people who asked if I As always, I received professional and quality service and attention. Upon arriving (I had an appointment) there were probably 5 people who asked if I had been helped. They would then walk away and I wouldn't see them again. Finally, I got out of the car and eventually someone did come to help. That's small potatoes but worth noting. I ended up needing tires, an alignment, state inspection. air filter and the usual routine maintenance. It was a three hour wait and I was beginning to wonder. At one point, the agent came out and said they only had 3 tires but he would put me in a loaner; A few minutes later he came back and said they found another tire. He didn't know what had gone wrong there. While waiting, I ran into the saleman Jimmy Nguen (spelling???) who sold me the car. I told him I had recently paid it off and he reminded me that I had GAP insurance and probably due a refund. He cheked on that and today it was confirmed that I'm due $648.77. It was definitely worth the wait. Had I not been so long, I might never have known this. So all is well that ends well. I really do like Scott Clark and would never think of buiying a car anyplace else. More

Very nice & super clean, as always. I scheduled my 15K mile service thru the website. There are no issues with the website scheduling, it's perfect for people like me who don't want to t I scheduled my 15K mile service thru the website. There are no issues with the website scheduling, it's perfect for people like me who don't want to talk to a human to do these things. The only issue with online scheduling is that the options to choose from were not exactly standard for the 15K mile service needed. Marshall, the service manager, said this seems to be common with online scheduling, so he corrected the service needs for 15K when I checked in. Despite the longer-than-necessary wait for the service being performed, it was a great experience. I'm always so surprised (and pleased) with the cleanliness of the service garage area, as this is not typical of garage-type locations. Marshall was so kind, very helpful, and I look forward to working with him in the future. More
