There are no issues with the website scheduling, it's perfect for people like me who don't want to talk to a human to do these things. The only issue with online scheduling is that the options to choose from were not exactly standard for the 15K mile service needed. Marshall, the service manager, said this seems to be common with online scheduling, so he corrected the service needs for 15K when I checked in. Despite the longer-than-necessary wait for the service being performed, it was a great experience. I'm always so surprised (and pleased) with the cleanliness of the service garage area, as this is not typical of garage-type locations. Marshall was so kind, very helpful, and I look forward to working with him in the future. More

In & Out 20,000 mile service was completed in 42 minutes, which was almost 30 minutes faster than expectations of approximately 70 minutes.
