Terrible communication Placed a pre order for a vehicle through this dealer and even put a deposit down. It was supposed to arrive on 4/11 and was pushed to 4/25 after I signed all the papers. This was again pushed back to 4/29. I had to call multiple times to even find out what was going on. The salesman told me one story and the manager told me another. Found out later that the initial vehicle I placed a deposit on was sold to someone else. It's very frustrating that they kept giving me inaccurate information. I didn't mind the wait as much as the poor communication. I'll be taking my business elsewhere from now on and you should too if you want transparency and a team that communicates accurate information. More

I called Wesley Rasmussen to make an appointment to bring my car in to be checked. I thought it might be electrical but found out that the positive battery cable was loose. Wesley solved the problem even before my vehicle was taken back to the shop. I lifted the hood and told him what I did and Wesley was the one that noticed the cable was loose. He still wanted to make sure that was the only problem. Wesley ALWAYS steps up to the plate and makes me feel like I'm his only customer. He's friendly, professional and takes good care of me every time I come to Toyota to have my car serviced. This is my first Toyota and so far I'm very impressed with my vehicle and the service I receive thanks to Wesley! More
Good work on last service Good work is done at this location. The only downside is wait time. I did notice this time while waiting that customers that came in after I did were leaving with their cars assuming they just had easier things to repair. I went in for a low sounding horn. It was fixed in minutes but still had to wait 2 hours. More
