I have purchased two cars from Scott Clark Toyota with Paul and he has always been great to work with. My wife is unfortunately a diehard Honda fan so we have not been successful in having her come over Paul and he has always been great to work with. My wife is unfortunately a diehard Honda fan so we have not been successful in having her come over to Toyota with some recent purchases, but she agrees with me 100% when I say the dealer experience with Paul and Scott Clark Toyota is much better than we have ever received at a local Honda dealership, even if they fall under the Scott Clark umbrella. Paul will have a discussion with you and help you find a car that meets your needs and within budget. Does not use high pressure tactics or try to keep you hostage until you cave like others do, which is truly appreciated. More
I have a 2011 Prius with under 70,000 miles. I only take it to Scott Clark. They have a great Service Dept, honest about needs, have a shuttle to take you home or to work and to pick you back u I only take it to Scott Clark. Had an appointment scheduled at 1115, dropped my car off at 11, was told it would be a 90 minute appointment. After 2 hours I called to check on the status of my car and was told someone will call me right at 11, was told it would be a 90 minute appointment. After 2 hours I called to check on the status of my car and was told someone will call me right back. After an hour had passed and I hadn’t received a phone call I called back and was told my car was ready. I told them I would need the shuttle service to get back and then said they would reach out to me to schedule my ride. After an hour and a half of not hearing from anybody I had to find my own ride to pick up my car. Overall this was an AWFUL service which is unusual because normally they are quick and communicative. Due to the delay and poor communication I missed two appointments that I had scheduled. More

Scott Clark Toyota, and in particular Marshall Moore, has done a great job taking care of my vehicular needs in a timely and reasonably priced manner since my first visit in 2010.
