Scott Clark Toyota, and in particular Marshall Moore, has done a great job taking care of my vehicular needs in a timely and reasonably priced manner since my first visit in 2010. Great service! Zak was very helpful with my questions. I went to go see Julie who I believe is Finance Director to get clarification. I purchased a maintenance con Zak was very helpful with my questions. I went to go see Julie who I believe is Finance Director to get clarification. I purchased a maintenance contract in 2020 with understanding that maintenance was pre-paid with the contract so when I learned I was going to be charged, I wanted to discus to seek understanding. You know what Julie’s response was? “I can cancel that contract if you’d like”?! How is that a solution? She was really rude and I told her she could be nicer. I’m sorry if she may have been having a bad day but as a manager or director where is the orientation of being available to talk? It wasn’t until I walked away she said she could print the contract. More
