Consistent Customer Care I have been a customer of Scott Clark Toyota since December 2013 when I began enjoying the excellent service of my new Camry Hybrid. A year later, aft I have been a customer of Scott Clark Toyota since December 2013 when I began enjoying the excellent service of my new Camry Hybrid. A year later, after a year of many, many road trips and enjoyment of my Camry, I traded for an identical 2014 model. I love the service manager, Fred Caspary's explanation of the multiple point checklist they put every car through when it comes in for servicing. When the car is returned to me after a reasonable wait in the clean waiting area with a wonderful coffee and beverage service, it has been put through the car wash and looks as good as the day I took delivery. This experience makes me smile, especially after a new car experience I had with a dealer in NJ left me saying I would never buy a new car again. I was treated like it was my fault that the new Oldsmobile I purchased died with my foot on the accelerator the first week I had the car. Endless hours in a cold, drafty waiting room over and over again made me lose my desire to own a new car. After that, I concentrated on quality pre-owned cars which I drove for 160,000-180,000 miles before replacing. After retiring we decided it was time to try again for a new car. I followed the Toyota Camry Hybrid for 2 years in Consumer Reports and then headed for a Toyota Dealer, Scott Clark. I am so glad I did! I am a happy owner and hope to enjoy the consistently reliable service of my Camry for years to come.Fred Caspary is courteous and a true professional! No grease on his shoes! Courteous - Professional Archie Newton has been our service tech for many years. He has always made sure our car gets the very best service possible. He is good to recommend maintenance services if he thinks there may be mechanical problems if left unattended. However, he never recommends unnecessary work outside the scope of the recommended maintenance schedule. We have purchased several sets of Bridgestone tires from this dealer. Due to the attention paid to the balancing , rotating and air pressure checks during each visit we have gotten maximum wear from these tires. More
