Worst dealership experience of my life. Arrived and checked-in only to be told the salesman I had been speaking with didn’t remember speaking with me, and I’d have to wait a while. Young Arrived and checked-in only to be told the salesman I had been speaking with didn’t remember speaking with me, and I’d have to wait a while. Young lady at the front desk was rude and disinterested. Asked to work with someone who was free, and the guy they put me with seemed so unhappy to have to deal with a potential buyer. Didn’t greet us, didn’t offer his name, and was so rude and disinterested the entire time. Offered ZERO information about the Venza we were looking at. I would not return to this dealership, and wouldn’t recommend anyone use them. More
