I don’t need to be helped right away, but a “hey mam, be there with you shortly” would work just fine. Like waitresses buy themselves a few minutes by greeting with water before coming back for orders. Otherwise, great guy. Informative with my options. I like the text to review your quote system. The recommendations were a little fluffy… I chose 2 of the 5 recommendations.. but otherwise reasonable time waiting & they also set that expectation early when I made the appointment.
