When a potential customer asks for a specific salesperson and they mispronounce the salesman’s name the polite thing to do is politely correct them, not mock them by paging that salesman over the loud speake and they mispronounce the salesman’s name the polite thing to do is politely correct them, not mock them by paging that salesman over the loud speaker and mispronounce the name when doing so. Went in for an inspection and luckily got in line to work with Mr. Billy Carroll. He was beyond great. There was a little problem with the car and I'm not a big car person.
