I own a 2019 Prius. It's so reliable that I only need to take it to Scott Clark Toyota for the 5,000 mile interval servicing. Everyone at Scott Clark is very nice. The service advisors and technicians are very honest. They have never tried to sell me services that are not needed. I have ordered accessories and such from the parts department and they have also notified me promptly when the items have arrived. This is a well run dealership. My experiences have always been the best. I totally recommend Scott Clark Toyota for your next car purchase and servicing. More

Always had wonderful experiences with Scott clark but this time a maintenance check kept me waiting in the dealership for 4 hours. After two hours I was told I needed filters and wipers and would be good this time a maintenance check kept me waiting in the dealership for 4 hours. After two hours I was told I needed filters and wipers and would be good to go in approximately 20 minutes. Two hours later I was told it was done. Was not acceptable since I was waiting. Very dissatisfied this time snd disappointed after always receiving top notch service in the many years I’ve dealt with Scott clark. More
