Bought a car from them recently, customer service was pretty good on the surface, but the sales and finance team lack integrity. They wanted to upsell me on a service plan and spent 15 minutes doing so, pretty good on the surface, but the sales and finance team lack integrity. They wanted to upsell me on a service plan and spent 15 minutes doing so, but cenventially failed to mention a $1300 maintenance fee. It was on one of the papers I signed, but then again they had me sign 20 of them. Now they won't answer calls or respond to emails asking about passing this cost on to the customer and what they even did that cost that much. Technically not illegal, but scam adjacent. Can't even get into contact to cancel the service plan, would prefer to spend that money with a business I can actually trust. More
