The Scott Clark Toyota Service department in Matthews, NC is absolutely horrific! This is my second consecutive bad experience with them. This time I had a scheduled appointment for a simple wheel rotation, is absolutely horrific! This is my second consecutive bad experience with them. This time I had a scheduled appointment for a simple wheel rotation, where the service advisor told me it would be ready in about an hour. However, after waiting for over 2-1/2 hours with not so much as a single update, I went to the service desk only to find out they hadn’t even taken the vehicle in to get it started yet. Even after talking to the service manager, he offered a quick “sorry” but with no offer to try to rectify the situation. I ended up taking my vehicle back after all this time and just left without the service being done. This is the second new vehicle I bought from Scott Clark Toyota, but I will never buy another one there again. I also plan to take my vehicle elsewhere to have the factory warrantied service done. Avoid this dealership or at least this service department at all costs. More

Scott Clark services both my Highlanders and took good care of me with last maintenance service completing work timely and efficiently. Marshall service mgr. is the best, but Eric Miller filled in and did care of me with last maintenance service completing work timely and efficiently.
