We just purchased our 15th vehicle from Scott Clark Toyota and once again made the experience exceptional! From the sale with Travis, through the financing with Julie we couldn’t have been treated better! I have a Tacoma and my wife now has a brand new 2022 Sienna van and my daughter drives a Corolla all purchased at Scott Clark Toyota. Best dealership ever! More

I switched to Toyota after having poor experiences through the years with another major brand of cars and their dealership. So far so good, the technicians are helpful, knowledgeable and respectful… the service has been reliable… and scheduling always when I needed it. More
Nice people. Service technicians not familiar with hybrid technology as they can't diagnose hybrid system malfunctions that don't produce a code or check engine light. Service department did not ask permissi technology as they can't diagnose hybrid system malfunctions that don't produce a code or check engine light. Service department did not ask permission before changing an already brand new air filter and charging not only for another new air filter but for the labor of replacing the new filter with another new filter. Overall experience of pros and cons of the dealership leaves me with no desire to use them again and no reason to recommend them to anybody else. Since I gave had similar experiences with other Charlotte area Toyota dealerships, I have no reason or desire to recommend the Toyota brand to anybody else. More
This is regarding service at Scott Clark. Service here has gone down dramatically in the past 10-15 years. Last experience, my toyota was leaking coolant. they replaced the "upper hose" at an exor here has gone down dramatically in the past 10-15 years. Last experience, my toyota was leaking coolant. they replaced the "upper hose" at an exorbitant price. a few weeks later it was leaking again. this time they said it was the water pump and wanted about $1k to repair it. They did not mention that obvious fact that it had been replaced by another shop less than a year ago. When i mentioned that, the service rep stammered and stumbled over his words. I challenged as to whether the upper hose was replaced unnecessarily and again he looked uncertain and searched for a response. I decided to go to a private auto shop that i trust a lot but was further away. they took it in and said the radiator itself was the cause. They were really upset and how often other service shops lie to people, get them on the hook, and do 2-3 service jobs where only one was needed. There's more. The prior time I was in for service, they mentioned an item or two that needed to be done on inspection. I approved it. Then later when I probed about it, they acknowledge that it wasn't done because they saw a problem but rather they did it due to the mileage maintenance schedule (not even knowing or asking what I may have had done somewhere else). Summary: I do not trust Scott Clark service anymore and I recommend that if you use them, make them justify any work in their garage or with photos. More
Always professional, Marshall and team meet or exceed expectations every time. Even in a labor shortage I received above and beyond service! expectations every time. Even in a labor shortage I received above and beyond service! More
Very busy and slow to check in, 25 min, however was out in 90 min as promised when scheduling the appt. Shouldn’t take that long but expectation was set appropriately due to labor shortage. in 90 min as promised when scheduling the appt. Had a dead battery. Dealer took me right in and checked charging system to ensure all was good. People very friendly and professional. Clean and bright waiting area. Even washed my car which was a pleasent charging system to ensure all was good. People very friendly and professional. Clean and bright waiting area. Even washed my car which was a pleasent surprise. Dealer gets 5 stars. Disappointed in Toyota tho. Battery was 2 yrs old. 8,000 miles on car and battery dies? Not covered under warranty. Pretty sad. I was a devout Toyota fan but now disappointed in that the Rav4 is under powered and no bumper to bumper warranty on battery. More
Would never use another dealership. This is my third Toyota and would not go anywhere else. Toyota and would not go anywhere else. More
