Knew I had not been there before but did not explain where to get my car after car wash until I asked, car was washed and the antenna was removed, I was not aware and when I was driving and had to brake suddenly the antenna flew across the dash and into the face of my passenger. Very dangerous and rude not to tell me that had been done and I had to put it back myself. More
